Summary
Nebula class
The Nebula-class exploratory cruiser is a large multi-mission vessel designed and built at the same time as the larger and more famous Galaxy-class explorer. In her decades of service, she has become a reliable workhorse taking on missions of all types around and near the Federation and beyond. Notable for its interchangeable mission module, the Nebula-class is a highly versatile ship that will be in Starfleet service for at least another four decades, even after her production has been terminated in favor of newer classes. The current version of the ship class contains a warp core upgrade as well as various hardware and software upgrades.
Sensor pod
The USS Concord has been outfitted with an advanced sensor pod, which greatly extended the ship’s scope of long range sensors. With this pod the Nebula class ship is virtually unmatched in regards to sensor capability. This particular sensor pod module makes the USS Concord excellent for a deep-space exploration assignment or long-range reconnaissance.
