The journey into the Delta Quadrant has been a bumpy ride to say he least. Our reversed engineered Borg technology went haywire or at least so we thought. Thanks to a Changeling saboteur the Concord came crashing into the quadrant. There was extensive damage to several decks, including hull breaches, which have sense been sealed.

We sadly lost several fine men and woman that day, who will not be forgotten. Their killer will somehow be caught and brought to justice. I myself found one of the victims, Ensign Tullos was found in the cargo bay. After an autopsy it was determined that the Changeling entered through the mouth and nasal cavity of the Bolian officer, subsequently killing the young man. The Ensign was one of the victims that had long lives and careers ahead of them.

The crew hasn't had time to mourn the loss of their collogues, yet duty calls. Commander Sledge leads an away team to the alien vessel. Aliens we now know as the Kobali. A group of humanoid aliens from what the Doctor and Commander reported. Their hasn't been much communication with the away team as they have been busy making their assessment. I only hope the interior of the ship looks better then the hull.

The Concord's repairs are still underway and it just out luck we immediately receive a distress call. Our priority right now has shifted to the Kobali vessel and her crew. I'll hopefully have more information soon as the Commander is due to report in at any moment. I pray that we can earn the respect of the Kobali and gain an ally. I have a gut feeling we are going to need all the allies and friend we can get. I only hope by some miracle our teams can repair that drive, we can locate Voyager and get home.
